can anyone define italian design during the seventies. i would say; lot's of chrome plated, clear glass, brown/forestgreen colors. Anyone a tought? + What manufacturers were at that time the nec plus ultra concerning design?

1970's italia=antidesign..........
it was avante garde modern and clobbered the alta moda designers of the previos years of modern design. producers like C&B, archizoom, artemide, stendig, gufram showcased these designs as being very significant. they did not sell well but left a heavey handed impact on the "modern for rich people look".
it was rebelious. gaetano pesce was my favorite!
