Cushion dimensions for Kai Kristiansen #121 Paper Knife chairs?  

Hi All,
I'm hoping someone can help me. A little while ago I managed to purchase a pair of paper knife chairs. The frames cleaned up nicely with a couple coats of teak oil. The cushions on the other hand, leave a lot to be desired. I don't particularly care for the fabric, but more than that, from looking at other examples online, I think the dimensions are wrong. They seem a bit too thick (at around 4 inches), a bit too long in the case of the seat cushion, and too tall in the case of the back. If anyone has a set of original cushions, or more exact copies, I would really appreciate it if you could share the measurements. Thanks.
