I don't know the designer but to my knowledge, your chair is manufactured by a Finnish company "Sopenkorpi" in ca. 1960 (it's a somewhat rare model btw). Hope this helps...

Haven't seen these for sale, but I'd assume the price for a set of these being quite comparable to the price of vintage 3107's in teak, so you get the idea...
