I don't even care that you intend to use this as a corner desk.
Let the shelf space face the wall, what care I? The thing that bugs me about this desk is that it appears to have NO leg room. I can barely imagine sitting at this desk, let alone crossing my legs while sitting.
The space that should accommodate the sitter's legs is occupied by a cabinet(a cabinet that won't even be of any use since it'll be facing a wall--).
The dog-house desk is at least functional for sitting, a reasonable prerequisite of any desk design.

A corner desk that's relatively inoffensive because it's barely visible.

Probably more than one drug dealer has breathed a sigh of relief after the police walked right past the corner-mounted Lovig desk and failed to find the drug stash (although they might indeed have wondered what was eating up all the leg room)
