can you Identify these tulip chairs?  

Hello everyone, I'm new and looking for info on this tulip stem set. It's been in my family since before I was born in '76. We got them in Germany when we were living there in my youth. We've had them in the family forever but they drastically need revamping and I'm curious where to start. It's more about doing it right than the cost. My Mom recalls these to be an expensive set at the time at around 180marks per chair and has never seen another set like it. There are no markings, the bottom of the table is obviously fibreglass, the bases of the chairs are metal, on the very bottom of the table base it looks like concrete for weight(not entirely concrete). The chair backs are white leather, and the faces were originally red cotton. I've looked at thousands of tulip chairs online but seen none like this(maybe they're not called tulip chairs?).
