Went through some of my books, didn't find anything. Online searches came up empty (for me..give it a go). You could go visit your public library (online?), and look up various titles on glass designs. I do know of one monograph of sorts, "Orrefors Glass" by Alastair Duncan, which might be of help. If you do learn of the designer, please do clear the air. Its a lovely piece.

You need a book called Swedish Glass Factories: Production Catalogues, 1915-1960
Quite hard to find (none on abe or amazon)
Perhaps there is a library near you that has a copy?
