the three crowns in this logo look much like the crown in the cado logo. is this cado royal systems?

No. And a mark put on masonite like that is probably not even related to the furniture. I would expect it to be the brand of the masonite.

i fight with my camera about it constantly trying to "enhance". the legs match better irl and hardware looks correct with inserts and metric allen machine screws. maybe.

the case reads made in denmark underside. it's mostly mdf, has good grade veneer.

i'm delighted and impressed to see you guys still around. I've been dropping in for a little abuse (used to be anyway) every few for over a decade i guess. thanks for sharing your super powers

Is it really metric? And really MDF? Because those would indicate it is super late, perhaos even 80s, and it doesn

you're good! yeah, i was using mdf when i meant particle board. i agree that it looks older than 80s. early to mid seventies wouldn't surprise me though. i'm far from my stuff rn but will give the leg situation another look and will report if anything interesting happens. so, denmark adopted metric in 1907. when did they get it together for furniture hardware?
