Anyone got anything else? Sometimes they can look really bad but I think these 3 are pretty good. Amazing what you can grow in water, I've got ivy and pothos vine going and they are healthy as could be.
Red wallet is fire hose, pencil case is inner tube rubber.
Some kitchen containers from bottles with wood tops wood be good.
The problem is these products are pretty much handcrafted, getting the public open to them and the supply chain and distribution right...will there ever be a time when things like this are produced en masse and cheaply? The materials are virtually free so you'd think they'd be cheap.

I like all four!
Especially the 'grow bottles'! How simple and clever!
My personal fav are the J41 shoes made from recycled Jeep components.

Don't think the grow bottles ...
Don't think the grow bottles grow the plants entirely in water, I looked at the shoe website, it says the packaging is 100% reycled but just says the soles are partially reused rubber, no mention of jeep bits, did I miss something.
Sadly the damand is low...even when people do buy them its to purchase a wallet probably on top of a leather made from scratch one they already have.
Sadly to say, the first...
Sadly to say, the first thing that popped into my head when I ready 'cycling products' was products for cycling a salt water fish tank. I was wondering why someone would post about products for setting up a marine aquarium on this site. It wasn't until I opened the post that the thread was about actual cycling on bicycles...duhhh. I guess my first conclusion as to the subject tells you what my other hobby is 🙂
.
Recycling is processing used materials (waste) into new products to prevent waste of potentially useful materials,...
Upcycling is the process of converting waste materials or useless products into new materials or products of better quality or a higher environmental value.
Upcycling is the opposite of downcycling, which is the other half of the recycling process. Downcycling involves converting materials and products into new materials of lesser quality.

Up cycling
Very interesting thread to talk/think/explore/see from a different perspective.
I was thinking on this issue too, and I also find interesting those cases where the projects really worked, users/buyers accepted. Because there are many that are "just projects", that for different reasons don't prosper.
I have also some favourites
Here are 3, I saw them in person. And approved them.
BAGS from ESCAMA STUDIO
Provably my favourite in all aspects. Design, production method, distribution, and success. They made/sold and people use 70.000 bags in four years.
Production method:
Are hand made by artisans that work in co-operatives located outside of Brasília. Each piece comes with a hang tag bearing the signature of the person who made it. http://www.escamastudio.com/who_made_this.html
