the chinese one had the prettiest wood slats , On all of them they are made with four square pieces of wood from the top of the slats to the three sides they should all have a flat head screw countersunk and then painted over it so you can not see it,
I was somewhat disappointed in the new one that i bought from Herman miller cause the wood was almost white or bleached, on the Chinese one they tacked it with the littlest tacks, super duper cheap of those guys, and i am sure one of the ministers did commit harrrrry carrry cause when i talked to the company to complain they said they were all like that and i had the option of returning it or having my own man remake it and i did, shame on them Number 1 son screwed up bad..
