I might be offered one in the near future, but have no idea what the seller would want for it. The faces of the lower and back seat are upholstered in black vinyl but need redoing.
We had a producer of tennisrackets in Belgium, Snauwaert, who became known in the fifties-sixties for their molded plywood models, same principal as the ax-series.

But have so far resisted the AX chair for being too upright..not sure how it would fit into my home.
I love and appreciate its lines however.

Agree with Robert, although don't agree they make good money. Usually between £250-400 for a nice example which doesn't seem much when compared to equivalent chairs by other designers. Under rated I think.

I don't think they are that upright Robert, the angle of the backrest is set at quite a reclined angle.
They are one of the most comfortable chairs I have had as the shape of the seat and backrest support the shape of the body brilliantly.
