I would not launch any attention to whether you find 1, 2, 3, or 4 seat version. That is how they were made. Same design stretched different lengths. As long as it is the same design.

Who made it? Start there.

I have the same - 4 seat and the same chevron like back slats. I also have a matching chair. I believe it is designed by AWI. Mine also have a Komfort label.

Komfort is something solid to start with. We have a maker! Now is there any documentation that Komfort ever worked with AWI? Any documentation that AWI designed the sofa?

There is a Komfort chair with the same armrests that is attributed to AW Iversen in the furniture index.
