hi
bought this drop shaped stainless steel pitcher over ebay short ago
it's made by Arabia of Finland
unfortunately i don't know the designer or modelname of it
it seems to be designed or at least produced after 1981
the size of this one should be round about 1L
i would love to have another sized one in the same shape if there are some
therefore it would be great if somebody knowns the designer or modelname of it
i hope i'll manage to upload the pictures

I can't help you with the designer, but I can tell you that it is gorgeous. However you probably already knew that.
I'd love to have one in any size.

I first saw a stair similar to the one under Eco-Friendly Credentials on your linked page -- in the 'fifties or early 'sixties, in a photo somewhere. I never forgot it -- so sexy. The treads were a bit more tapered, of unknown dark material. It was like having some distant dream realized.

just got the info that it was designed in 1998 by Kati Tuominen-Niittylä. this height of 25cm is the only size. it was also produced in white ceramic.
these stairs are sexy indeed
