That's a weird one.
I've combed Google images with many different descriptive combos and come up with nothing.
Sorry. But it's very unique. Unique is very nice. How is the workmanship/build quality?

Maybe it was a custom made piece? which wouldn't be a bad thing, especially if its well built.

There is a label but...
it is only a remnant and nothing legible. I think it is manufactured but just can't place it. If it is still there next time I'll take some better pics. The top actually slides on a metal track and centers up on the base when fully opened. It is pretty well built but has some condition issues with the veneer.

I don't see
a very convincing grain match between the two halves of the top. . .
