Not to put too fine a point on it, Rick, but if you think that finger joint looks like Hans Wegner's work...
Anyway, it's almost certainly American generic.

Not to pile on, but that finger joint geometry reminds me of a Chinese-made Malaysian rubberwood butcher block table I bought long before I became aware of mid century designs. Certainly a very solid joint, with the precise cuts and lengthy glue surface area. But indeed on the opposite end of the spectrum from Wegner.
