any info on this danish modern spindle chair? Possibly Selig?

Hi,

Just acquired this chair (see photos). I liked the design and the small size for use as an accent chair. Does anyone have any info on it? I cna't find much through internet searches. It was suggested that it could posibly be a Selig.

I don't think this is a...
I don't think this is a Selig import, however, I could be wrong. The chair you are thinking of is the hoop chair designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen and imported by Selig. The legs on your chair appear to be a bit different. I have included a photo of the Kofod-Larsen chair from the Selig catalog.

Thanks for the hoop chair info and photo mdcounts. Yes, the legs do seem to have differing designs. Perhaps this chair was made in the style of the Selig Hoop chair?

The big
difference between these two chairs is that one is a side chair and the other a lounge chair -- comparable to the difference between a DCW and an LCW.
