i just picked up this piece in San Francisco. Its marked made in Sweden. The details on this piece are amazing. All brass hardware, teak and rosewood. I've never come across anything like this and have no idea as to who the designer could be. Help!

the proportions
would be better with the legs. With the short legs, what is it? It's also a showy piece, very worked, it should be displayed, not hugging the ground.
