Zanotta Table and two chairs  

It is not rare but possibly only 30+ years old from the late 1970s to the 1980s. Not that many pays attention to these at the moment kind of like back in 1985 when unknown mid 20th century pieces started showing up in second hand stores. You can probably still find a Zanotta catalog from someone's design library or contact them directly.

I just checked the site zanotta.it and the table is called the Quadritondo ( I probably misspelled it)
