In the
(San Francisco) Bay Area we've had the TV Yule log since the early 80's, thanks to local media mogul Jim Gabbert. I wonder if it's a national or even international phenomenon, considering the simplicity and obviousness of the idea. . .
On my new 19" flat-screen it looks just like a fireplace-in-a-cabinet !
