Madelaine can scan and post photos from her magazine ?
There's no better instigator of restoration than views of the original condition of a property, methinks !

Look at the estate agent's brochure
The original state pictures in the magazine are the same as in the brochure but they are larger. It's a PDF and takes only seconds to download.
Whatever happens that awful shrub/tree needs to GO!

Depend on you, I always prefer to conserve. But conserve mean research and a lot of energy. If you have it go on!
I downloaded the brochure, What a nice plan!
The plan is very rich, and compared with the views and sections very poor (typical problem of architects, and provably of the architecture of that period).
