Wilhelmina chairs - Manufacturer?  

I picked up these chairs a few months ago.
I think they are original Tapiovaara's Wilhelmina chairs but I don't know the manufacturer's brand name. I'm a totally brand new collector and an internet search with a logo which has no name is quite impossible...
Any suggestion?

Most of them are not assembled yet and I bought them because of this fact. I think it is quite peculiar! Am I wrong? In your experience it could be a plus or not?
