I have seen this a bunch of times in books and can't locate the seller. Any info would be great.

Not 100% sure but it looks...
Not 100% sure but it looks like a lamp by Lisa Johnnson Pape for Iittala (1950s)- don't think they still make it though(?)

Looks like.......
I have this size and a smaller size. The larger is Lisa Johanssen-Pape, I do not know if she did a smaller version (approx. height 11.5").
