Pa Glumly was - in terms of modern design - what Nicklaus or Palmer was to the PGA, no question about it. He was the real deal, the introduction (in lamp language) to electricity personified, the way, truth, and light: think of some dork in the gallery in the 1960s screaming You Da Man.
This lamp I bet is no Glumly, probably some big hitter wannabe or funny-plan jerk at best; a Chi Chi Rodriguez production, or at worst, something bona fide, in the care of John Daly.
Don't blink, DA vets, or you'll miss your next nightmare.
