Who designed/made this wooden frame/leather seat chair?

My parents bought this chair in the 1960s. We do not know who designed the chair or which factory/workshop produced it.
The chair has a wooden frame and a leather seat (saddle leather, which is now dried out and has to be replaced).
We want to sell the chair and put it on a website. We get so much interest and high offers that we would like to know more about the chair. Anyone?

where are you located?
your parents bought the chair, back in the days, don't they know any history?
for instance the shop where they bought it?

My mother died long ago, my father remarried, he died a few years ago, now only my 'second' mother is around. She doesn't know the history of the chair.
