Personally I would take them to a car body shop and get them to paint them, it would be nice to powdercoat the bases as it a glossy durable finish however matching the tops with the same shade of white using paint may be tricky
Are the tops plastic or fibreglass? a good body shop should have experince of painting both so all should be plain sailing, (if plastic make sure a plastic primer is used as this allows a degree of flexibility)
Best of luck, if possible post some before and after pictures

the shell is made with fat plastic.
I don't know the right price to restore them.

that the originals were not glossy? They were powder coated with a satin-like, dull finished...smooth to the touch but not shiny.
Somewhere along the line, Knoll went for the glossy mirror finish that frankly looks like plastic.
