I knew of Richard many years ago when he was living up near Gettysburg and building a beautiful home from a big barn or some other big place but been so long I cannot remember. Him and his wife were working out of a building nearby. He had a real talent for chairs and I never thought anyone could make a living out of designing chairs. I went to New York to a big trade show with the both of them and indeed he was doing it. I was really impressed with his talent. We lived in Delaware and we lost touch with them and I have wondered for years how he made out. Then I found this forum and saw the popularity of his work. I do hope they are doing well and still designing his chairs. They were a great couple. I am new to this site and find it very complicated, so bear with my mistakes.
