Hi all
We appreciate that you are posting pictures now.
Would you mind using a smaller size so that it fits on the page (max width 500 pixels).
We are working on improving the system to make it easier for everyone to post pictures. We hope it will be ready early 2007. Thanks.

Images in posts
I'll keep this brief as this has been covered before. You can include any picture anywhere on the net if you have it's URL. Include this in your post:

Put the URL of any image in any format between the quotes. If there is an image on the net you wish to show [control]-click on the image to get the URL. In the future I will limit my personal images to 500 pixels wide.

on My Walls
A bronze 60s head..could be Christ..but never met him
A 1960s screen printed Cuban film poster ..smuggled out.. I suspect it is easier to smuggle from cuba to the UK than it is to the US ?
A large French 18C mirror in faux rosewood with gilt decoration
a Paul Nash lithograph
An anonymous 1960s architectural drawing of a town centre plan
Ditto of a concrete town hall (possibly Milton Keynes)
A John Piper lithograph
An unknown abstract oil from 1970..looks great with my glass collection

almost all auction finds
I have a lot of framed art on the walls and almost all of it came from estate auctions. Aside from one or two small Japanese prints, all the artists are unknown. I just buy what I like and buying it cheap at auction makes it possible to have as much as I want.
These are a few of my pieces. The cartoon page at the end was done my dear brother for Art Police Comics in the 70s. I love his stuff.

andee's
andee's room is totally not my piece of cake but what i find really strong is that even in that kind of interior a white barcelona chair really fits well; this chair can almost fit every interior. Strong from andee that she mixes those styles.

photo quality
andee, i think a camera with high resolution helps a lot if you want very clear photos. So does very bright indirect light. I upgraded to a high resolution camera while back and couldn't believe the difference in my photos. (Some of the ones I posted here were taken in low light which is why they are so grainy.)
Your living room looks great, by the way!

Have you thought about color on just one wall?

You poodles have no idea how ...
You poodles have no idea how bad I wish that I could work such magic on a computer. I am just beside myself (yet still looking great). So I must learn to use my adobe programs that are collecting dust. As you know, I'd probably do an accent wall in a padded cell..so live it up. But my fav's being James (lowest right), or Roberts(middle right). The white barcs (Love em) kind of remind me of some knee high shin-dig boots my older sister used to wear (complete with big hair and frosted lipstick). Her boyfriend at the time put moondoggie to shame. Keep the cameras rolling!
