What kind of futon to buy ?  

I recommend a complete futon package or futon set. A complete futon package would include a wooden frame of your choosing, storage drawers, a futon cover of your choosing, four pillows, and a futon mattress of your choosing. A futon set could be either a wooden or metal frame with a futon mattress of your choosing and anything else you may wish to include if you do not want the complete package.
