I'm trying to find out who designed a chair that i want to buy for my living room. Can anybody help out?

That is "almost" a Metropolitan chair....
..designed by by Jeffrey Bernett for B&B Italia in 2003.
I say almost, because the base is different. I presume the white one you are showing is a knock-off.
