West Elm Modular Seating  

I just bought this modular seating set at a consignment store and the tag at the bottom says West Elm. See link below:

It's upholstered in felt and all the pieces are 30" square. I went on West Elm site but it looks like this is no longer available. Does anyone know anything about this design? When did WE sell it and when did they discontinue it and what was the name of it? I want to buy a couple more ottomans to complete my set but I have no idea how easy it would be to get this since it's discontinued and I don't even know what it's called. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
