I purchased this Wassily chair at an estate sale for the low low price of $15.00. If anyone can bear to revisit this debate I would greatly appreciate knowing if it is at least a good repro which I think it is considering it's very sturdy and it fits the Knoll measurements perfectly. There are no markings anywhere. Thanks in advance!

Lets' see:
On an original, the ends of tubes would be welded shut, ground, polished, and plated along with the rest of the frame; on a repro, the ends of tubes have chromed caps pressed into them ?
