Was the same Baughman chair mfg'd by DIA and Thayer C?  

First and foremost, I apologize in advance if I am boring anyone with my ID? but I don't know where else to go and you guys are so in the know. I picked up a pair of flat bar chairs at a resale shop a couple of months ago and have been searching to ID them ever since. I finally found the exact chair (with different upholstery of course) on 1stdibs listed a couple of weeks ago as Milo Baughman by Thayer Coggin. (Now that I looked again, they have changed the description and no longer specify the manufacturer.) My chairs have a DIA for Merchandise Mart Chicago label. I understand Milo's designs were manufactured by both DIA and TC, but would this chair have been made by both? (These chairs were purchased in the Chicago area.) I appreciate any info you can provide.
