Please help us help you. One...
Please help us help you. One single photo from one single angle says very little. It may be flattering to your piece but does not provide much for identification.
!! More shots from more angles if you really want our input!!

It is an interesting chair. ...
It is an interesting chair. I don't think it is Danish or American, or at least not from the early 50s to 70s. The only context I have for horsehair is that of a earlier period. I don't know anything about copper springs.
And lastly, the wood does not have the classic appearance of walnut. It is perhaps a little too light brown. Of course, photos can lie, and walnut can be that light. (If you thought it was useful, you could do a smell test to prove it is walnut).

.......
Kind of a shaped up refined post arts & crafts banker's chair...nice contrast-capped legs there.
The X stretcher's pretty clunky though, it's not too shabby but not worth spilling blood over
I'd guess that it was made by some company with a name like "Monarch Furniture" or "Acme Something or other" or "Good 'ol Boy Brothers of X-burg"

I think it's more refined then that, but I'm not that refined
I was also thinking it had very arts & crafts kind of vibe. if I get any time this PM I'll see if I can come up w/ anything
