Kristinv, do not be discouraged by these nay-sayers. I have a son in his 20's and he loves this kind of 80's-90's over-the-top garish stuff. He actually has an entertainment unit like this and it's kind of cool in an ironic sort of way. I also think I might have just won some sort of prize for using the most hyphens in two sentences.
Bottom line, if it makes you happy when you look at it, celebrate it. Get some Verner Panton stuff to go in the room with it and embrace it.
Here's my son's cabinet. (We refer to it as Mafia Chic and we realize that that is totally not politically correct.)

I don't think that anyone is exactly saying nay, at least not absolutely. The piece in question could be dropped right into Mark's place.
While I appreciate it's "awesomeness" I do have some political differences with it, and what I perceive that it represents. Because of this I do view the premise of the unit to be fundamentally flawed.
I guess now that I think about it, I can pretty confidently give it a more absolute nay. I'm not going to mix any molotov cocktails about it though.

Thanks all! This is my mother's wall unit. I am now trying to get rid of it because I realize that it is dated. I looked into all of the companies that you all suggested and it doesn't seem to be any of them. I wish I could figure it out.
I totally agree about Boca Raton, but I do believe this would look fabulous in a salon or boutique that is looking for a Tory Burch/Kate Spade "look".

The vast majority of furniture items are retired from production pretty quickly, so you almost certainly won't find it in a current catalog. Usually people buy such things on the basis of their quality and aesthetic impact and the designer/manufacturer is mostly irrelevant anyway. Contacting a higher-end consignment shop in your area would probably be the most hassle-free way to deal with it.

Ah, I have been bamboozled once again on Design Addict. Kristinv, I am sorry to hear that you are only here to find a buyer/reaffirmation that your piece is worth something. Alas, I thought you were here to embrace your quirky design aesthetic.
Rest assured your piece is not attractive to either Tory Burch or Kate Spade fans. You would be better off searching Comic Con website afficionados.
