but they get away with it--at least for awhile---because prosecuting is a big, long, tedious, expensive process. At least that's what I've always heard.

and lets not forget...
that in this particular case, the piece in question is so UN-close to a Noguchi that it is laughable, and if Herman Miller WERE to sue, they would lose.
This thing is so hilariously and obviously wrong and bad, and is in no danger of copyright infringement.
Sure, it's a wood base with a glass top, but that is about all it shares with a Noguchi table.
Some dealers have no professional pride.
