Made by V-form, from Deinze near Ghent/Belgium.
V-form originates from the Vermaercke family, hence the 'V'.
This model comes from the Paola range (see sideboard in black and white photo), back then every model was named after a royal or celebrity.
They weren't a 'design' producing company but mainly made furniture for the middle class, in modernist style.
The paola is quite nice and obviously very much inspired by Vodder. I've owned several of these pieces and some are of surprising quality.
The best pieces by the firm for me, though, are a series designed by Emile Veranneman, in wengé or rosewood. They are rather rare and were more high end. I found a pic of a set locally sold on a 2hand site, wich gives an idea of this model.
This was the last piece of commercial design for Veranneman, he then went on to produce unique items for very high-end customers (like the yellow laquered cabinet).

very interesting. The yellow case is a puzzle; I see one horizontal line that could be a separation between a lower drawer and door(s) above -- but no way is that one large door, nor is there a horizontal line for another parting seam. And, the scribed lines at the bottom are different from the joints (?) above. Do you have an idea of how that cabinet is divided ?
Intriguing . . .
