Anyone recognize what I have here?
It is not an Eames, but it does have Rosewood shells.
A quick peek under the headrest revealed a sticker marked Nov-1971.
I have not been able to find out who manufactures this one. It seems like pretty high quality material and workmanship for a repro.
Thanks in advance!

Nice looking chair.
I wonder if, because of the complexity and (relatively, for the time) hi-tech nature of the construction, Eames and HM felt they were safe from plagiarism ?
It didn't work out that way, in any event. I guess this is proof of the attraction -- the popularity -- of the design ? "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery," as they say.
