Very glad to have found this forum. I'm hoping someone here can assist. My wife's employer has several (10+) of these chairs in storage and we are wondering what's a reasonable amount to sell them for, to a local dealer. The base chairs are in good shape but the foam and fabric are in varying condition. A collector would probably need to have them reupholstered. I just don't have the will to help them ebay these things and I don't think they would want to ship them for auction, hence trying to find a local dealer.
So assuming you are selling a chair that needs upholstering, what would you sell one of these for? The existing fabric is a coarse orange material.
Also, they may keep two for reupholstering. Is there a place to buy repro ottomans that fit these chairs?
