To answer your question, unfortunately there is no easy solution besides having it reupholstered. Unless you have a certain attachment to the chair you're better off just finding a new set. Some people have asked about the possibility of injecting glue through the fabric, but I haven't seen any reports from anyone who has gone through with it.

You got that one correct after recovering 100s
most people always try to see if they can repair them.
Once the foam hardened s the foam is not good for anything and injecting glue is a waste of time.
Just have it recovered.
