Unknown organic danish Teak chair with moulded shell

Hello.
Yesterday I have found this nice danish teak chair with a moulded shell...very organic.
It is just signed with "Made in Denmark"...nothing more.
The shell could be make of fibreglas/plastic.
Does anyone knows this model?
I have looked at furniture index , decopedia...but didn´t found it.

Here's a matching rocker. The dealer lists it as Aage Christiansen for Arne Hovmand Olsen. Though I don't know if I believe either without markings/ catalog photo.
