Unknown lamp & unknown designer Bieffeplast anyone know?

Hi Again, I have this white lamp with a Bieffeplast lable, does anyone know who designed it? only one comes up on my searches - a hanging version - with 'designer unknown', the other has lost its makers label underneath, anyone recognize it? Thanks- I'm loving this site!

Hi, I don't know if anyone ever answered your question about the lamp. It is called the Sanpan and was designed by Rodney Kinsman. He is a British designer and his company is OMK Designs. He designed a number of pieces that Bieffeplast manufactured in Italy and distributed world wide. Rodney also produced the same designs on a much smaller scale in the UK at is factory.
