Unknown Early Wood Frame Chair...Identify?  

I know this might look boring to some of the Danish Modern enthusiasts here, but I have looked and looked and cannot figure this out. These were rescued from an odd half-ranch & half-classic home which was supposedly designed be one of the many "students of Frank Lloyd Wright" (as so many real estate agents seem to know). Anyway, there are squared off cushions, but they are raggedy and horrible. The one chair has fold-out tables on each side. These are not home-made. THere are grease pen marks on the bottom but it's just numbers with no letters. HELP!!
