That is actually a Mouse Deer, native to Indonesia and Malaysia. It is asking, "Where is my teak forest?"

Indeed, its a bit sad, we should enjoy or perhaps be more considerate of our furniture given the habitat destruction in South East Asia and South America tha occured to produce it, whats done is done but if you're buying say non FSC outdoor teak furniture you're a vile vandal, in my opinion.
