I have 4 teak dining chairs with paper cord seats that was sold to me as Niels O Møller model 71. However this a mistake and I cannot find any pictures anywhere online of the chairs. Do anybody know this model and can give me some information about the designer/maker/year/price?
Thanks a lot in advance for advice and tips!

Your chairs seem to be a square legged variation of an Arne Hovmand Olsen design for Mogens Kold.
They should have a metal tag under the seat with an MK logo.
Nice chairs, probably not quite as valuable as the similar model 71 Moller chair.
This is a very basic mistake on Lauritz's part, I would expect more from them seeing as they sell a multitude of Moller 71's every year.

Thank a lot for your feedback...
Thank a lot for your feedback, H.moon! I thought the same about Lauritz' mistake, strange... Unfortunately there are no plaques on any of the 4 chairs. But it's Arne Hovmand you think? Would you happen to have any links to photos online or stores that sell these chairs? I would like to sell them and need an indication of what price I can get...

If you were willing to pay it, somebody else might ?

yes but
then again I was misinformed and thought I was buying something else than what it actually is... Anyway, mostly I'm just curious to find out The True Story about the chairs 😉

The
photo isn't mine, it was posted by, and belongs to H.Moon, it was taken in his sitting room I believe.
What more would you like to know about your chairs ?

Mogens Kold is most likely
The chairs have a vital difference from moller chairs as the side rails are square instead of rounded.
What this means is that you can not get the cords pulled as tight over the entire siderail as the central flat face prevents this. knowledge that MOLLER have and which is why I say the chairs are MK.
The chairs are not worth much more than £50 - £75 pr chair compared to the £150 - £200 for the correct moller chair.
Rule of thumb with LAURITZ - They will neglect to tell you anything negative in order to maximise the amount someone bids.
You should ask them take them back as you have been misinformed. distance selling regulations. if not an option then use LARGE pinch of salt with ANY of their discriptions. I have heard of MANY horror stories from friends and colleagues who have been ripped off.
I paid one showroom a visit today to look at a finn juhl chair.
The discription FAILS to mention that the frame is completely loose and need reglueing to be useable. Still asking full top price for it.
SO BE WARY
