For those
weirdos more interested in architecture than in its amusing inhabitants (?), the very first photo shows a postwar house in Armonk, NY, built by a Skidmore architect (still working, elsewhere, at 91) for his own use. The story -- in the current Dwell -- depicts the energetic and loving rescue and revival of the building by its new owners, a pair of fellows who knew what they wanted -- and relocated from the West Coast when they found it.

That is an amazing house and rescue SDR. Just a few miles from me.
The unknown author of these funnies is adding at a rapid pace since i
last looked. Attention will do that. It getting old already.
But, "Maybe naming him Rimbaud wasn?t such a good idea.' : )
