I'm trying to get more info on this table. The material seems to be Baydur so I think it might be east german ??

If someone has any idea or any info.....would be much appreciated.

I've seen some of these on...
I've seen some of these on german ebay, never getting too many bids. Unfortunately documentation of DDR design is quite rare, but painted plastic was an eastern specialty 🙂

Hello there,
this table is NOT DDR but designed for the Belgian brand Meubilier de France by Jean Maneval.
Value in good condition is about 350 to 400 euro.

thanks for the info ... Really appreciate it.
I saw one fo sale on eBay last year, the seller did say it was by Maneval.
Sorry for being sceptical but no one seems to have any catalogue or written info for this table, do you think this info to be 100% accurate ? I am not of course questioning the sellers info but some people & dealers can be misled for example like for the LUIGI COLANI "DRUMBO" moneybox elephants made for dresdner bank in the seventies which are not actually designed by him allthough alot of people & sellers believe they are by Him..

Hello Nervuss,
hard to say if this information is 100% correct but I've seen the table several times on different sites and with different sellers with the same information. I also know there are several going arround in Belgium and The Netherlands so the 'Meubilier de France'link makes sense...
One thing for sure, it's a realy cool table. 😉

really like it to... It's a shame I don't have the tray in the middle. I've seen one with a neon light and perspex tray looked pretty cool.
