Trying to match George Nelson colors

I'd like to match the dark teal and orange colors used on the multi-colored ball clocks for a section of a room that I'm painting. I don't know much about color matching, but are there Pantone numbers for those colors that are known? I see this reproduced clock describing as being Pantone colors:

Any paint store can match those colors.
They all have spectrophotometers that'll match colors almost perfectly; if you want a perfect match, choose a store that fine-tunes the spectro's formula by hand.

I don't actually have that ball clock though, so I don't have a physical sample of the color. Maybe I need to get one.

Oh, I see.
In that case, just take the photo to a good paint store and ask them for matching colors. Unless you intend to buy that clock later and need your walls to precisely match it when it arrives, the colors you'll get from a visual match against the photo will be more than good enough.

fastfwd, i do want to eventually get the clock, so i'm considering buying it now and using it to match paint by doing what you suggested. thanks for the advice.
