Bob Vila (This Old House) is a pain in the ass. How wonderful that he approved such a modern structure. On our island of PB, they (planning and zoning) have the power to tell you what to build, and what to plant, how to have your pet (or date) defecate properly, and what time of day you're allowed to do it. It's a difficult process.
