Ok.
So the wall was feeling a bit off balance, so I moved the lamp ( that is needed to properly light the corner) to the left, and floated the fish a bit left also. I have no other place to hang the boys. I think that it will be fine. I am thinking out loud. I need shock therapy. I like my shorts today. Heavy off-balanced walls are acceptable in small doses. Don't forget to feed the birds.
Hi,
Aunt M.
ps. I like that nickel lamp. Not real MCM, but of very good quality....and I love over scale lamps. The petrified wood koi fish has grown on my and is of little maintenance. It would be a bitch to move the alabaster mirror. The wall is solid concrete and tough to work on. Hi.
and I wish that the Nelson swag side table could be ordered with almond colored formica. And I like that my credenza has no lock or drill holes where the lock should be. And I should replace the grasscloth...but it's in perfect shape. And I like the suede (navy blue/black) on the lampshade. And I like rugs. And I like all of you. And I think that the Wassily chair is the most uncomfortable chair in the house. And the room is an odd shape because It used to be an office and a guest bedroom. The laundry/storge area is behind the door to the left. The master suite is left of that. Hi. The lounge is unfortunately cherry shell with sable brown leather...chosen by me. regrets. I'd now prefer walnut with bright red leather. Yes.
Hi
Hi SDR!
The tug -o- war boy's are signed Sheila Rasenfield 1982. Got it from a psychiatrist. Silkscreen on paper, I guess? or not? Framed in a simple thick silver wooden frame 50" wide 17" tall and 2" deep. It has an odd smudge on the work. Matted in arctic white. The tuggers are blue, red, and green. But I've been wrong before. I should know more about art at my age. I just don't. But I know what I like. I like my shorts today.
