Several years ago I asked here about my Time Life Lobby chair that has less mounting holes than the ones typically seen. That thread isn't coming up for me on search but the answers went nowhere anyway. Here is the answer, an Herman Miller photo of one of the Original Time Life lobbies 1961. Two vertical holes, like mine.
On first inspection the neck on the base looks like it's too short but I have seen others that may be like this too. Lucifersum posted one from 1stdibs that may be like mine but the angle leaves doubt and the sides are the typical four hole. I would appreciate it if someone could look this up in old catalogs etc, maybe '62 or '63?
Here is mine, which I am getting final details on so that I can put it on auction, sadly.

On the top two examples.

.
I understand that those bases were unique to these chairs, at that time.
