i have a "moduline" small table, large table, corner table and four chairs (with two armrests) in black vinyl. these all break down into a "flat pack" and ship quite easily.
i noticed that the chairs in particular could use some tightening up. it appears that there are wood screws that go through the wood chair supports and into the chairs cushions and it doesn't seem like an ideal attachment method. same goes for the angular metal pieces that attach the armrests to the cushions.
does anyone have any info on a best method to tune this up in some way? i'd like to get a tighter attachment if possible.
the tables and the chair supports all get connected with hex screws and these are rock solid, however.
also, is there anything to watch out for if i am planning on tightening up the vinyl? it appears that i am missing a couple of the buttons and in one case one of the cushions needs to be re-attached to the wood back.
thanks
